It is an act of kindness beyond what is due or usual. When God blesses you with His divine favour, it is for a life-time. There is no expiry date attached to God's life-time favour. However, The bible teaches us that as Christians, we are overcomers not because of what we have personally done but because of what Christ has done for us. At the appointed time I will return to you, about this time next year, and Sarah shall have a son.” Oftentimes, when delay is showing it's ugly head in one's expectations, when desires are not being made manifest, when answers to prayers seem not to be coming forth, and when all around seems hopeless, one is tempted to doubt God's capability of performing His promises in his or her life.
