REST THROUGH FAITH

MEMORY VERSE: - Hebrews 3:18-19 - "And to whom sware he that they should not enter into his rest, but to them that believed not? So we see that they could not enter in because of unbelief."

A lot of people are praying and doing all manner of fasting but in Unbelief. Their hearts do not connect with what their lips are saying. Listen, unbelief separates you from God. Hebrews 3:12 tells us, "Take heed, brethren, lest there be in any of you an evil heart of unbelief, in departing from the living God."

There's no way anyone who has an evil heart of unbelieve will enter into the full scoop of God's divine plans for them and it's only when one is functioning in God's plans that they can enjoy His rest. One of the key factor that brought you into the kingdom is faith and it is by the same faith that you enter into rest.

Assuredly, the naturally minded Christian is a faithless Christian and cannot enter into Christ rest. Just as the ancient Israel could not enter due to faithlessness. Such people live a fruitless life, and in defeat. Beloved, it is an error for you to be comfortable with mediocre, to relax in the place of defeat and mockery. Arise unto faith and enter into rest.

Faith draws the attention of God. Faith builds up your relationship with God. Faith gives you an edge. Don't accept negativity, you can change anything and also build anything by faith. So, don't settle for the less, don't stay in mediocre, enter into rest by faith.


PRAYER

Faithful God, honor to your name, Father, in faith this day, I begin to function in your divine plans for me in Jesus name, Amen
