THE TEACHING OF GRACE

Image
THE TEACHING OF GRACE MEMORY VERSE: - Titus 2:11-12 - “For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men. Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world."  The believer is not obligated to live under the law but through grace. The law was to last only until Christ comes, now, since Christ has come, the law it's no more effective. Galatians 3:19 says, "Why, then, was the law given at all? It was added because of transgressions until the Seed to whom the promise referred had come."  Now, the promise has come in the person of Jesus, hence, the believer must stop bonding himself or herself under the law. They are to live in grace and enjoy the liberty that grace provides. The Law did not make the ancient Jews right that was why God sent us His grace to do what the law could not do. Wherefore, grace has wrought in us that which the law couldn't do for them. And on dail

DEPART NOT FROM THE LIVING GOD

DEPART NOT FROM THE LIVING GOD  MEMORY VERSE: - Hebrews 3:12 - “Take heed, brethren, lest there be in any of you an evil heart of unbelief, in departing from the living God.”   The error in many today is that of taking their confidence out of God to man. Many are in the church but due not have an atom of confidence in Him, their hearts have become tinted, wicked, because it has departed from the living God. Rather than putting trust in God for their needs, they trust in man. Where is your heart.... Are you in the church bodily but your heart is far from God? Why should you put your trust in man who is a mere creature rather than trusting in the creator. The temptation of trusting in what we can see is always there but those who know their God shall trust in Him in all things no matter what. Anytime you put your confidence in man, you depart from the living God. Your body maybe physically in the church but you are not in Christ. The sin that people don't see is that of lack of tru

LIVE BY FAITH! NOT BY SIGHT

Image
LIVE BY FAITH! NOT BY SIGHT MEMORY VERSE: - 2 Corinthians 5:7 - "For we walk by faith, not by sight.” The believer should not rely on their experiences or emotions to decide what happens in his or her life. Instead, they should trust in God's promises and guidance. In the world, it is seeing before believing... But in Christ,  it is believing before seeing. Until you come to the place of believing, you cannot see your desires or expectations and prayers come to reality in your life. The blessings of the Lord rest's upon those who dared to believe without seeing. Wherefore, John 20:29 Jesus said, “Blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed". You cannot allow the devil to keep you in one position in life by the things you see around you or by the things you see in your dreams which are not true nor real. The only truth and authentic thing is the word of God. The word cannot fail you, he is the agent of transformation. He is the power that subjects the

LIVING BY YOUR FAITH

Image
AbayeLiz Daily Inspirational  LIVING BY YOUR FAITH   MEMORY VERSE: - Habakkuk 2:4 - "Which says, “Behold, his soul which is lifted up is not upright in him: but the just shall live by his faith.” As believers, we live the kingdom life in this world and the kingdom life is not a life of the senses but that of Faith. it is Faith from start to finish, nothing short of Faith. A lot of people in God's family live by their senses, by what is around them, by their feelings and emotions and this is why many are not making headway nor experiencing results as they ought to. We are Born Anew into the divine family by Faith and we continue in same step of Faith in the journey of life. Hence the scripture says it is Faith from start to finish. (See Romans 1:17). Our text tells us that, "the just, the righteous, the believer, governs their life by his or her personal faith not by another person's Faith: but by his own Faith. So God revealed to his servant Habakkuk this secret key

ALL THINGS GIVEN FREELY 2

ALL THINGS GIVEN FREELY 2  MEMORY VERSE: - Romans 8:32 - "He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things?" Now, the scripture says God will give us ALL THINGS freely. Not some few things but All. So, it's important that we know our right in Christ. Knowing will bring us into positioning ourselves to accessing them. Now, How do we access and grasp all that the father has given us? 1. By Faith . Hebrews 11:33 says, “Who through faith subdued kingdoms, worked righteousness, obtained promises, stopped the mouths of lions.” Faith is the key to bringing the spiritual into the visible realm. Faith is the key to having a great life. 2. By Calling Them Forth. Making the things that be not in the sense of being visible, to come into existence. In Romans 4:17 the scripture says, "As it is written: “I have made thee a father of many nations”), in the presence of Him whom he believed, even God, who qui

GIVEN ALL THINGS FREELY

GIVEN ALL THINGS FREELY MEMORY VERSE: - Romans 8:32 -   "He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things?" A lot of people who are in the church believe God doesn't want them to have the good things of life, especially those going through difficulty. They tend to believe that their blessings are in the spiritual which can only be accessed when they get to heaven. O' child of God, if only you know what God has given you in Christ, you will not allow yourself to suffer unnecessary hardship.  If when we were in the world, at the time that we were rebellion against God, doing our own thing and living in atrocities, yet, God still loved us and gave up His Son to be the offering for our sins. How much more now that we are in Him, certainly, he will do greater things for us.  Wherefore, our verse says He will freely, graciously, generously give us everything we need or want for a good life in this wo

CHANGE THE GAME WITH PRAYER 2

Image
CHANGE THE GAME WITH PRAYER 2 MEMORY VERSE: - Colossians 4:2 - "Continue steadfastly in prayer, being watchful in it with thanksgiving..” Game changers are those who do not confess negativity nor talk their situation in times of trouble: rather they confesss in view of God's word, "It is well". Even as the scripture says in Isaiah 3:10 , “Say to the righteous that it shall be well with them, For they shall eat the fruit of their doings." Every time you declare that 'it is well', when in the real senses things are terribly bad, you are programming or depositing something in the spiritual realm and will harvest it's fruit in the physical. Such was the case of the Shunammite woman in 2 Kings 4:16-29 . Though she saw that her son was dead but when her husband asked her if anything was wrong she said 'it is well.' Gehazi the servant of Elisha asked her and she told him 'it is well'. Until she got to Elisha. She knew whom to tell her pro

CHANGE THE GAME WITH PRAYER

Image
CHANGE THE GAME WITH PRAYER MEMORY VERSE: - Hebrews 11:35 - "Women received their loved ones back again from death.” We are designed by God to turn every wilderness to wonderland and a believer that prays changes the game, he or she turns her wilderness into a wonderland. When you see what you don't like in your life, business, or finance, you have the ability in you to change it. Jesus has given you the keys to refuse what you don't want and allow what you want . (See Matthew 16). A praying believer is fire brand...... He or she is unstoppable. He or she is a person of faith, and of grace. Such does not accept evil as God's will but changes situation through their prayer of faith. Our text tells us that some certain woman did things differently. They refused to allow the enemy steal from them by standing up for their rights. These women were ordinary women who turned out to be extraordinary people due to their fellowship with God and prayer life. Thus, they stopped be

ACTIVE FAITH

Image
ACTIVE FAITH MEMORY VERSE: - Luke 22:31-32 - “And the Lord said, Simon, Simon, behold, Satan hath desired to have you, that he may sift you as wheat: but I have prayed for thee, that thy faith fail not....” Faith has always been the vehicle by which the children of God exercised the power of God in order to accomplish God's good plans for them and to overcome the schemes of the devil. The scripture tells us that "without faith, it is impossible to please God." (Hebrews 11:6). And so Jesus informed Peter that which they devil had planned to do but He prayed that Peter's faith doesn't fail. In order word, Peter's faith will be shaken in the process of the challenge but he should be careful so that sis faith will not stop being active.  The truth is that the devil wants God’s people to fail and the point of failure begins with their faith. Once one's faith begins to degenerate, their life begins to fall apart. Something fails when it cannot carry out its e

AVOID DIVERSIONS

Image
AVOID DIVERSIONS MEMORY VERSE: - Jonah 1:3 - "But Jonah got up and went in the opposite direction to get away from the LORD. He went down to the port of Joppa, where he found a ship leaving for Tarshish. He bought a ticket and went on board, hoping to escape from the LORD by sailing to Tarshish” (NLT) One of the ways the devil is using to rub many people of their blessing is through diversions. The Lord gave a message to Jonah to go to the city of Nineveh and announce his judgment against it because of their wickedness but Jonah chose not to go, instead he went another way and his own way the scripture says was the "Opposite Direction." Oftentimes, people choose to go the opposite direction against God's original agenda for them when things are not going as planned. When vision is being delayed and when they are hit with challenges and difficulties in the process of trying to achieve what they were given to do. In the opposite direction is confusion.... In the opposi

CHOOSE YOUR ASSOCIATE WISELY

Image
CHOOSE YOUR ASSOCIATE WISELY MEMORY VERSE: - 1 Corinthians 15:33 - "Do not be deceived: “Bad company ruins good morals.” The people you hang out with matters. To have a positive life, you must be around positive people. To enjoy a successful life, you need to hang out with successful people. We are influenced by the people with whom we associate with. Putting yourself amongst wrong sort of people who are unserious with their life, who are loafers, lazy, indiscipline, purposeless, dreamless, certainly, they will influence you and bring you down to their level. Proverbs 13:20 says, "He who walks with the wise will become wise, but the companion of fools will be destroyed." You can see from this verse that companionship rubs on you. If you associate with, listen to, and learn from wise people, then you also will become wise. Certainly, when you walk with the wise, you will gain wisdom by association. But if you hang around fools you will not only become foolish but will be

BELIEVE IT, SPEAK IT, OWN IT!

Image
BELIEVE IT, SPEAK IT, OWN IT! MEMORY VERSE: - Psalm 27:13 - "I had fainted, unless I had believed to see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living" The psalmist brings to us the secret key to how we should approach this year for a positive result. It is to see goodness in the midst of difficulties and uncertainty. That is, be on the bright side of life no matter how terrible things are going in the world or around you.  He said, "I would have fainted" To faint here is to loose heart, to become wearied, to be be discouraged, be despaired or quit. It means things would have turned out terribly that would have brought him to the point of despair. So, if he had not believed that he was going to see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living, he would have been out of life... Truly, anyone who does not anchor their life on faith in God in such a time as this: will certainly be despaired of life. Now, notice that he said "in the land of the living&

THE DOMINANCE PRINCIPLE

Image
THE DOMINANCE PRINCIPLE MEMORY VERSE: - Judges 5:13 - "Then he made him that remaineth have dominion over the nobles among the people: the LORD made me have dominion over the mighty" No one can build outside knowledge of what God has stored up for them. So, for you to build rightly and be established this year you need to know or have the revelational insight of who you are in Christ and what God has in store for you. Knowing will make you to be determined to push more on daily basis. Wherefore, the secret of the dominance principle is revelation and having the unbroken fellowship with the father and his Son Jesus Christ will bring you into the realm of revelation and will set you at the top.  You must discover in order to recover. When you have a revelation of God's established plans for you this year, then you will function rightly. The scripture says, "My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge:" (Hosea 4:6). When you don't know what's rightfull

PREPARE YOUR WAY

Image
PREPARE YOUR WAY MEMORY VERSE: - 2 Chronicles 27:6 - “So Jotham became mighty, because he prepared his ways before the LORD his God." Nothing happens by accident, there's no success without preparation and no achievement without adequate preparation. This year, you need to prepare your way to make things happen for you because it is what you make happen that will happen. The quality of your preparation determines the outcome of your life this year. Our text tells us that "Jotham became mighty" But how did he come to that place of becoming mighty in his generation? It says, "Because he prepared his ways before the LORD his God." Jotham did not just do things on his own, he put his God first, he made his ways known to the Lord. He involved the Lord in his business, his home, his health and in everything he did and the Lord prospered him in all he did. It's impossible for anyone who prepares his or her ways before the Lord to fail. The secret of success i

MAKE GOD YOUR TOP PRIORITY

Image
MAKE GOD YOUR TOP PRIORITY MEMORY VERSE: - Psalm 37:4 - “Delight yourself also in the LORD and He shall give you the desires of your heart.” To delight in this passage is to desire, to please highly; to give or afford high satisfaction "to incline to, “to give great pleasure, to make of utter most important. So, as a child of God, you are to make of utter most important your relationship with God. To have a great year, you must commit your plans, goals, desires and ways to God and trust Him to bring you through it successfully. Wherefore, The Passion Translation put Psalm 37:4 this way, "Make God the utmost delight and pleasure of your life, and he will provide for you what you desire the most." God wants you blessed, he wants your well-being but that shouldn't be your priority. You should set your desire on kingdom matters, set it on the giver of the blessings.... Make God your #1 priority and He will deliver the world into your hands. In Matthew 6:33 Jesus said, &
