KEEP YOUR PRAYER FLAME BURNING 2

KEEP YOUR PRAYER FLAME BURNING 2

MEMORY VERSE: - Leviticus 6:12 - "The fire on the altar is to be kept burning; it must not go out....."

For anyone to keep the flame burning, they must be consistent in prayer, praying at all times and like Paul wrote it in 1 Thessalonians 5:17, "Pray without ceasing" A believer who prays unceasingly cannot be a prey for the enemy because they will be too hot to touch or even come near.

Prayer is a great weapon believers can use against the enemy and also a defensive shield for them. Prayer builds a wall of fire around us that makes it difficult for the enemy to come in and harm us. If you are an easy prey for the enemy's attack, then check your prayer life.

And so, our text in Leviticus 6:12 tells us that "The fire on the altar is to be kept burning; it must not go out....." And because of the importance of prayer, verse 13 further re-emphasis on it. "Fire must be kept burning on the altar continually; it must not go out."

The realm of power is that spiritual arena where people intentionally take charge of their life through prayers. It is the place where the believer overturns evil purposes and agendas of the wicked and bring about a change in the order and systems of things in their life and domain.

The realm of keeping the flame burning is that arena of being abnormal. See, you can't be on fire in the state of normalcy, you must deviate from what's normal by doing things differently and in this case praying unceasingly.

In the realm of abnormality is were you subdue powers that be, and take possession of your domain. Listen, when men pray ceaselessly, they lay hold of their destiny and experience unusual miraculous things in their life.

The consistent pattern throughout the Bible is that every significant move of God is preceded by a season of unceasing prayers due to difficulty, challenges, oppression etc. So, for you to enjoy living in the miraculous, you need to keep the flame burning.

PRAYER

Father in heaven, I honor you and I adore you. Today, let a fresh grace for unceasing prayers rest upon me and by your Spirit, I take charge over my life and domain, and I terminate every activities of strangers in Jesus name, Amen.
