ACTIVE FAITH MEMORY VERSE: - Luke 22:31-32 - “And the Lord said, Simon, Simon, behold, Satan hath desired to have you, that he may sift you as wheat: but I have prayed for thee, that thy faith fail not....” Faith has always been the vehicle by which the children of God exercised the power of God in order to accomplish God's good plans for them and to overcome the schemes of the devil. The scripture tells us that "without faith, it is impossible to please God." (Hebrews 11:6). And so Jesus informed Peter that which they devil had planned to do but He prayed that Peter's faith doesn't fail. In order word, Peter's faith will be shaken in the process of the challenge but he should be careful so that sis faith will not stop being active.  The truth is that the devil wants God’s people to fail and the point of failure begins with their faith. Once one's faith begins to degenerate, their life begins to fall apart. Something fails when it cannot carry out its e

AVOID DIVERSIONS

AVOID DIVERSIONS MEMORY VERSE: - Jonah 1:3 - "But Jonah got up and went in the opposite direction to get away from the LORD. He went down to the port of Joppa, where he found a ship leaving for Tarshish. He bought a ticket and went on board, hoping to escape from the LORD by sailing to Tarshish” (NLT) One of the ways the devil is using to rub many people of their blessing is through diversions. The Lord gave a message to Jonah to go to the city of Nineveh and announce his judgment against it because of their wickedness but Jonah chose not to go, instead he went another way and his own way the scripture says was the "Opposite Direction." Oftentimes, people choose to go the opposite direction against God's original agenda for them when things are not going as planned. When vision is being delayed and when they are hit with challenges and difficulties in the process of trying to achieve what they were given to do. In the opposite direction is confusion.... CHOOSE YOUR ASSOCIATE WISELY MEMORY VERSE: - 1 Corinthians 15:33 - "Do not be deceived: “Bad company ruins good morals.” The people you hang out with matters. To have a positive life, you must be around positive people. To enjoy a successful life, you need to hang out with successful people. We are influenced by the people with whom we associate with. Putting yourself amongst wrong sort of people who are unserious with their life, who are loafers, lazy, indiscipline, purposeless, dreamless, certainly, they will influence you and bring you down to their level. Proverbs 13:20 says, "He who walks with the wise will become wise, but the companion of fools will be destroyed." You can see from this verse that companionship rubs on you. If you associate with, listen to, and learn from wise people, then you also will become wise. Certainly, when you walk with the wise, you will gain wisdom by association. But if you hang around fools you will not only become foolish but will be

BELIEVE IT, SPEAK IT, OWN IT! MEMORY VERSE: - Psalm 27:13 - "I had fainted, unless I had believed to see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living" The psalmist brings to us the secret key to how we should approach this year for a positive result. It is to see goodness in the midst of difficulties and uncertainty. That is, be on the bright side of life no matter how terrible things are going in the world or around you.  He said, "I would have fainted" To faint here is to loose heart, to become wearied, to be be discouraged, be despaired or quit. It means things would have turned out terribly that would have brought him to the point of despair. So, if he had not believed that he was going to see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living, he would have been out of life... Truly, anyone who does not anchor their life on faith in God in such a time as this: will certainly be despaired of life. Now, notice that he said "in the land of the living&

Knowing will make you to be determined to push more on daily basis. PREPARE YOUR WAY

Image
PREPARE YOUR WAY MEMORY VERSE: - 2 Chronicles 27:6 - “So Jotham became mighty, because he prepared his ways before the LORD his God." Nothing happens by accident, there's no success without preparation and no achievement without adequate preparation. This year, you need to prepare your way to make things happen for you because it is what you make happen that will happen. The quality of your preparation determines the outcome of your life this year. Our text tells us that "Jotham became mighty" But how did he come to that place of becoming mighty in his generation? It says, "Because he prepared his ways before the LORD his God." Jotham did not just do things on his own, he put his God first, he made his ways known to the Lord. He involved the Lord in his business, his home, his health and in everything he did and the Lord prospered him in all he did. It's impossible for anyone who prepares his or her ways before the Lord to fail. The secret of success i

MAKE GOD YOUR TOP PRIORITY

So, as a child of God, you are to make of utter most important your relationship with God. To have a great year, you must commit your plans, goals, desires and ways to God and trust Him to bring you through it successfully. Wherefore, The Passion Translation put Psalm 37:4 this way, "Make God the utmost delight and pleasure of your life, and he will provide for you what you desire the most." God wants you blessed, he wants your well-being but that shouldn't be your priority. You should set your desire on kingdom matters, set it on the giver of the blessings.... Make God your #1 priority and He will deliver the world into your hands. In Matthew 6:33 Jesus said, &
