SHIELDED WITH FAVOR


Psalm 5:12 says, “For You, O Lord, will bless the righteous; with favour, you will surround him as [with] a shield.”* 


Favour is one very important factor and one of the wonderful blessings of God you can have upon your life. It is the supernatural touch of God upon one’s life and work.


 Favour is enjoying unusual help. It is Divine partiality; it is natural law broken by the supernatural. It is the effect of God’s grace upon one’s life.


When you are favoured, little effort produces great results, your haters will become your assistant, your competitors will turn to your collaborators and your enemies will become your helper. We see such thing happen to the children of Israel in Egypt.


 It was recorded in Exodus 12:36, “And the Lord gave the people favour in the sight of the Egyptians, so that they lent unto them such things as they required. And they spoiled the Egyptians.”


Favour marks you out and set you apart, it gives you a unique personality. It causes your entire life to be lifted up above the ordinary and stands you out. 


 PRAYER

Heavenly Father, I am forever grateful for shielding me with favour. This day I declare that in everything I do and in every step that I take, I am walking in favour in Jesus Name, Amen.

KEEP YOUR PRAYER FLAME BURNING MEMORY VERSE: - Leviticus 6:12 - "The fire on the altar is to be kept burning; it must not go out....." If there's anything the devil does not want you to do; it is to pray and if there's anything he wants you to do its to not pray. He will do anything to distract you from praying because he knows what prayer power is for you and what it does to him. Prayer is the power that turns things around in your favor, it causes a tremendous change in your circumstances, it makes the impossible to become possible in your life. It's a pity that some people are too lazy to pray, whilst some are too busy to find time to pray. Listen, he or she that doesn't pray is empty and fireless.
