GOD TAKES PLEASURE IN YOUR PROSPERITY

MEMORY VERSE: - Psalm 35:27 - "Let them shout for joy, and be glad, that favour my righteous cause: yea, let them say continually, Let the Lord be magnified, which hath pleasure in the prosperity of his servant" (KJV)


When we here the word 'Prosperity' the first thing that crosses over our mind is money. And of course money is a good thing, everyone needs it, however, prosperity is beyond money but in our total well being. 

Now, the dictionary defines prosperity as a successful, flourishing, or thriving condition, especially in financial aspects; and good fortune. But biblical prosperity is about your whole well-being, this includes physical blessings, sound health, joy and peace.

Wherefore, the Lexham English Bible translation renders Psalms 35:27 this way, "Let them shout for joy and be glad, who delight in my vindication; and let them say continually, “Yahweh is great, who delights in the welfare of his servant”.

Now the phrase 'Welfare' originally means "Happiness" or "Prosperity." And so, God wants you to have all round prosperity, he wants you to have sound health. Oh I tell you when you are well you are happy but when you are unwell you can't do anything meaningful in life, business suffers, family suffers, destiny is shutdown.

God also wants you to have possessions, wealth in abundance. Actually, life in Christ is that of abundance (See John 10:10). Beloved, God takes pleasure in your health, he rejoices when you have success. 

Thus, John told Gaius, "Beloved, I pray that in every way you may succeed and prosper and be in good health [physically], just as [I know] your soul prospers [spiritually]." (3 John 2 AMP). This is prosperity in all respects.


PRAYER

Most Holy Father, thank you for giving me all round prosperity. In the power of the name of Jesus, I declare sound health and abundance n every area of my life, Amen.

KEEP YOUR PRAYER FLAME BURNING MEMORY VERSE: - Leviticus 6:12 - "The fire on the altar is to be kept burning; it must not go out....." If there's anything the devil does not want you to do; it is to pray and if there's anything he wants you to do its to not pray. He will do anything to distract you from praying because he knows what prayer power is for you and what it does to him. Prayer is the power that turns things around in your favor, it causes a tremendous change in your circumstances, it makes the impossible to become possible in your life.
