POWER OF THE TONGUE


MEMORY VERSE: - James 1:26 - "If anyone considers himself religious and yet does not keep a tight rein on his tongue, he deceives himself and his religion is worthless"

The power of the tongue cannot be undermined. We can become all that God wants us to be when we tap into the resources of the power of the tongue, and one can also destroy God's plans for his or her life by misapplying the power of the tongue. Ephesians 4:29 says, "Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen."

You hold the key to achieving your destiny through the words you speak. When you speak the right words into your life, you are sowing seeds and programming things into your future and at the right time those things will begin to bear fruits.

Truly, words are seeds which goes into the soil of ones life and begins to grow until its matured for harvest. What you speak into your life today is what you will harvest tomorrow. Understand that there is action time and there is manifestation time.

You are the prophet of your future, the words you speak can either bring life or death to your dreams, goals, and vision. The scripture in Proverbs 18:21 confirms this by saying, "Death and life are in the power of the tongue, and those who love it will eat its fruits." The key to your success lies in your tongue therefore start speaking the right words into your life now.

No matter how terrible your situation might be, you should not speak what the situation is saying but should speak what you want to see and speak what the word of God says concerning you.

PRAYER:
Thank you Lord God for your mercies that never fails. I believe your word therefore I speak what your word says concerning me to come alive and be made real in Jesus name, Amen.
