RIDING ON CHRIST STRENGTH


MEMORY VERSE: - Philippians 4:13 - "I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me".

Paul said he could do all things, anything at all that needs to be done, he can do it because of Christ in him. For the indwelling Christ is the one who strengthens him to do the unimaginable. In order word, if Christ did not give him that inward strength, he wasn't going to be able to do anything.

This reminds me of the words of our heavenly father to Zerubbabel in Zechariah 4:6 He said, "Not by might, nor by power, but by my spirit, saith the LORD of hosts." Life is beyond the physical, as such, you can't achieve your God given destiny by human strength, you need the power of the Holy Spirit who is your helper and strengthener to quicken you, help you, inspire you, and grace you.

Understand that Christ is dwelling in us through the Holy Spirit and when Paul says he can do all things through Christ who strengthens him, he is referring to the indwelling Holy Spirit. Because the Holy Spirit represents both the Father and the Son in us.

Beloved, we all need the inward strength from the Spirit of God, and I tell you, there's nothing we cannot achieve when He is the one propelling us. You struggle when you are alone, when you do not connect with Him to help you, and when you do not yield to His leading. 

Truly, to live victoriously in this life, you need the power from above. You need help from the sanctuary, you need the power of the highest to strengthen you. Through His divine wisdom, you can do the unthinkable.

Victory is not won by physical strength but by the inspired wisdom one can win a great war. The scripture in Proverbs 21:22 says, "One wise person can defeat a city full of soldiers and capture their fortress." (CEVUK)

Listen, in that home, marriage and family that the enemy has been causing confusion and turning you against each other, you can change the game through wisdom. Wherefore, instead of fighting and quarrelling with each other, you can win all that the enemy is skimming against you by wisdom.

PRAYER 
Heavenly Father I thank you for the gift of the Holy Spirit whom you gave me to help and strengthen me in life, I am sorry for not paying attention to him all this while but today I turn and submit to His leading in Jesus name, Amen.
