THEY SHALL PROCEED NO FURTHER 2


MEMORY VERSE: - 2 Timothy 3:8-9 - "Now as Jannes and Jambres withstood Moses, so do these also resist the truth: men of corrupt minds, reprobate concerning the faith. But they shall proceed no further: for their folly shall be manifest unto all men, as theirs also was."

You and I have all that we need to stop the enemy from proceeding any further in the affairs of our lives and family. Stop asking God to come and do for you what He has given you the power and authority to do. You are the one authorised to speak to the mountain (situation) and to command the devil behind the situation to leave in the name of Jesus and he will obey.

Certainly, God will not do for you what he has wired you to do. If you don't stop the enemy from proceeding, you can never be able to enjoy the kind of life that you desire. Stop seeing yourself as a weakling, see the mighty God inside you and take charge. 1 John 4:4 says, "You are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is He that is in you, than he that is in the world."

In Acts 12 the scripture said that a time came when "Herod the king stretched forth his hands to vex certain of the church. And he killed James the brother of John with the sword. And because he saw it pleased the Jews, he proceeded further to take Peter also" (Verses 1-3).

Until the church arose in prayers to stop Harold, he was succeeding in killing their people. When he killed James he must have said where is their Jesus now, he could not save James out of my hand and so he went further to take Peter.

He kept him in prison waiting for a time to execute his plans. But the church woke up from their slumber and stopped him from proceeding any further with his evil plans. Thus, his plans were frustrated when the Angel came into the prison and miraculously release Peter. The time is now, take charge, you can't allow them to proceed any further.

PRAYER: 
Almighty Father, I express gratitude for the power and authority bestowed upon me, and today, I declare an end to all forms of oppression in my life and family in Jesus' name, Amen.

 AbayeLiz Daily Inspirational WALKING IN THE SPIRIT MEMORY VERSE: - Galatians 5:26 - "Walk by the spirit and you shall not fulfil the works of the flesh." The heavenly Father has given us of His Holy Spirit help us through life journey. But most of us are not walking by Him thus He is not influencing all we do. Walking by the spirit is living a life that is influenced by the Spirit. It is living your life in the continual guidance of the Spirit of God. So, there shouldn't be a moment when we are left on our own. We are to build our relationship with the Holy Spirit and be daily guided by Him. If we are overwhelmed by the Holy Spirit we will not have room for any other forces to manipulate. The scripture says, "If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit." Now then, you and all these people, get ready to cross the Jordan River into the land I am about to give to them—to the Israelites" (NIV). Our text today shows us the end of one era and the beginning of a new one. The death of Moses marks an end to an era and the emergence of Joshua marks the beginning of a new one. Now understand that until the first was taken away, the second couldn't have spring forth. God always takes away one to establish the other (Heb. 10:9) .
