SEATED IN HEAVENLY PLACES

MEMORY VERSE - Ephesians 2:6 "And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus:"

The revelation in this text in Ephesians 2:6 brings an end to the religion of trying to reach God as one who is born of God. The person outside Christ is seeking for how to reach God because they not are born of God.  

But for the new creation person, he or she is in Christ and is with the father in him. Therefore, they're not trying to reach God, but are seated in Christ in the heavenly sphere with the father. 

The deception of the devil is to make the believer think or believe that they are operating from the earthly realm and that God is far away from them, thus they will have to do so much work, cry, groan and keep trying to see how to reach God. But the scripture tells us otherwise. 

In Ephesians 2:13 we are told, "But now in Christ Jesus, you who once were [so] far away, through (by, in) the blood of Christ have been brought near." AMPC.

Child of God, understand that in Christ the believer has come to the end of seeking to reach God, they are not worshipping from afar but are dwelling in Him..... they are residing in His very presence, they are already dwelling in the secret place of the Most High. 

Until you know who you are in Christ and the position God has given you in Him, then you will be able to live the kingdom life in this world, bringing God's ordained purpose for you into reality.

PRAYER: 
Thank you Holy Father for the new life in Christ and for making me to seat in heavenly places in Him. From this day, I take my stand in your word and worship in your very presence in Jesus’ name, Amen

Touch no unclean thing, and I will receive you.” Many are moving from one Church to another, from one minister to another, from one prayer house to another seeking for deliverance, yet it's not coming. Their case is still same, their situations are even getting worse. Does God not give deliverance anymore to His people? Why is the situation of God's children not changing? Now then, you and all these people, get ready to cross the Jordan River into the land I am about to give to them—to the Israelites" (NIV). Our text today shows us the end of one era and the beginning of a new one. The death of Moses marks an end to an era and the emergence of Joshua marks the beginning of a new one. Now understand that until the first was taken away, the second couldn't have spring forth. God always takes away one to establish the other (Heb. 10:9) .
