DO NOT BE TROUBLED

MEMORY VERSE - John 14:1 "Let not your heart be troubled," He said; "ye believe in God, believe also in Me."

This passage provides reassurance to those with broken and troubled hearts, emphasizing God's promise to never forsake His children due to His boundless love. 

Now, when confronted with adversity and uncertainty, the question arises: how can ones heart not be troubled? The answer lies in seeking refuge in Christ's grace and upholding a strong faith. When a heart is troubled, it becomes unstable and unable to connect with the Spirit to receive guidance on overcoming challenges. 

This state of unrest can lead to panic, depression, and other negative emotions. The enemy seeks to exploit a troubled heart, injecting it with destructive thoughts. Unfortunately, many have lost their faith due to this.

As a child of God, when faced with life's challenges and feeling like you've reached a dead end, remember to seek refuge in God's promises and the gracious guidance of the Holy Spirit. 

Every heavy-hearted individual can find comfort in the unwavering presence of God, who has pledged to never abandon us, as stated in Hebrews 13:5, 'I will not leave you nor forsake you.' Thus, we remain eternally accompanied.

No matter how terrible the situation may be or how great the problems we face may seem, the heavenly Father stays by our side to meet our deepest needs with His infinite wisdom and power. Under no circumstance and at no time will He give up on those He has purchased with the blood of His Son.

PRAYER:
Thank you Father for always being there for me. Thank you for your Holy Spirit that is ever present to heal me of all pains and hurts and this day, I receive strength to overcome every obstacle in Jesus’ name, Amen

According to Paul, the source of our needs supply is God through Jesus Christ. Does this mean we shouldn't work? Not at all, for it is written, "He who does not work should not eat" (2 Thessalonians 3:10). So, what is Paul teaching us in Philippians 4 19? Oftentimes, when one is going through challenging times, people look down on them, mock them, despise and reproach them.
