STEP OUT OF YOUR COMFORT ZONE 2


MEMORY VERSE: - Matthew 14:28-29 - "And Peter answered him and said, Lord, if it be thou, bid me come unto thee on the water. And he said, Come. And when Peter was come down out of the ship, he walked on the water, to go to Jesus."


 In this text, we see faith, action, and risk. Peter showed great faith by taking steps out of the boat. It doesn't matter how many great goals and plans you have, until you take a risk and step out of your comfort zone, it will never be materialized. You cannot claim to have faith and not walk the faith. Every faith requires actions, its time you stop talking and start doing. 


The boat was a comfort zone for Peter and if he hadn’t taken that bold step of stepping out at the command of the Lord he would not have known that he also could walk on the water. Understand that no one achieves destiny by staying in a comfort zone, until you step out of your comfort zone and take the risk of doing something, you may never find out what you are capable of doing. 


There is always this comfort zone of your mind that tells you "you can’t do it”, or saying “you are not good enough”, or “you are okay with the level you are”, so it keeps you out of God’s abundance for you, you must step out of such if you want to move forward in life. 


By leaving behind your comfort zone and taking a step of faith in that goal and vision, you will found prosperity, riches, wealth and every good thing you ever desire.We all want to see changes in our lives, we want to experience something new, we want to break out of a particular circle, we want to move forward but how many are ready to step out of their comfort zones.


 PRAYER

Thank you Lord for the grace to step out of my comfort zone. Now, by your grace I begin to take that bold step of doing the extraordinary things in Jesus name, Amen

Their faith is always in the future. The mindset of future has kept them from embracing that which is theirs at the moment. Thus, they neglect the place of faith in the now of today’s experience.
