PRESSING INTO THE SPIRITUAL FOR AN ENCOUNTER

MEMORY VERSE: - John 4:3-4 - "[3] he left Judæa, and departed again into Galilee. [4] And he must needs go through Samaria."

When the scripture says 'He must' it means He is obliged to do so, it is of necessity or very important. In order word, no matter what, Jesus can't resist or cut off from going to Samaria because something that has been divinely programmed which the devil had hijacked for a long time was about to be taken out of his hold and reposition in the right place as ordained by the Lord.

Something was about to happen in that land - Someone's life, someone's expectation, someone's hunger for God's intervention, someone's heartfelt prayer and cry for a change, someone that has been pressing into God for deliverance was pulling Him to come to Samaria. And thus 'He must' go through her. And that person is known as the Samaritan woman. Although, there was no record of her real name but the event that led to her deliverance and launched her into her evangelistic ministry spoke volumes of her.

The Samaritan woman was a religious person who was held up in the power of sin and her destiny hijacked by the devil. And as long as she was ensnared in such place of error, she could never be who God designed her to be. One thing about a life of error is that it locks you in the prison of the wicked one and locks you out of destiny and purpose, thereby making you its slave, manipulating and making you live a life that seems like you are floating in space.

Jesus identified the Samaritan woman issue and confronted her with her immortality or adultery lifestyle. A lifestyle I believe she wasn't happy with, she must have hated it, and must have been so sick and tired of it and wanted out, but couldn't do it. She could not break out of all the forces around her that was holding her down in error because her human strength was small, hence, Jesus must go through Samaria on that faithful day.

Beloved, this is your season, now is your appointed time, and the Spirit of the Lord must go through and through you for divine intervention in your destiny.

PRAYER
Father Lord, thank you for your mercies and unconventional love for me, this day, I repent of my errors and ask that you help me and deliver my destiny from Satanic diversion in Jesus name, Amen.
