GO BEYOND BOUNDARY

MEMORY VERSE: - Micah 2:13 - “He who opens the breach goes up before them; they break through and pass the gate, going out by it. Their king passes on before them, the Lord at their head"

To 'Go' is to make movement, while 'beyond' is to stretch more than usual, it's to go further, to go farther than normal, to go over above limits. Boundaries are limitations, or confines. It is something that indicates or fixes a limit. 

Furthermore, Boundaries are restrictions, it keeps people from moving forward or crossing over to the other side of life as ordained by God for them. It is a dividing line which marks the limits of an area. So to go beyond boundary is to make extra effort, to go above a way that exceeds humans or any power expectations. 

There are veroius kind of Boundaries, we have Personal boundaries, cultural and traditional boundaries, family boundaries, and boundaries set by the enemies. In Joshua 6:1 the scripture says, "Now Jericho was straitly shut up because of the children of Israel: none went out, and none came in."

The purpose of walls in a city were to defend it. They also kept the inhabitants confined within the boundaries of the walls. Same way, someone's life or destiny can be confined by the enemies and when such is done, they are not able to move pass a particular level in life

The people of ancient Israel was on their way to inheriting the promise land but the walls of Jericho was a boundary to them, it stood as restriction from crossing to the promise land and God had to pull it down that his people might go through. 

Today I need you to know that as a child of God, you have been given the power to go beyond any kind of boundary that has been placed to keep you from moving forward in life, so go ahead and cross those boundaries.


 PRAYER

Father in the name of your Son Jesus’ I go beyond boundaries set to limit my life, I breakthrough every limitation and I cross over to the next level in life. Amen.
