GO BEYOND BOUNDARIES 4

GO BEYOND BOUNDARIES 4 MEMORY VERSE: - 2 Corinthians 10:16 - "To preach the gospel in the regions beyond you, and not to boast in another man's line of things made ready to our hand." We read about Elizabeth the mother of John the Baptist who went beyond the boundaries of the usual things when she was to name her son, She refused to follow the traditions of naming after the father's name but chose to follow the Lord's instructions. The scripture says when her full time came to deliver, she gave birth to a son. And now, it happened that on the eighth day they came to circumcise the child [as required by the Law], and they intended to name him Zacharias, after his father, but his mother responded and said, “No; he shall be called John.” And they said to her, “There is no one among your relatives who is called by this name.” (See Luke 1:57-63). Yes, no one in the family has given a name outside the circle of the norm but Elizabeth broke the barrier of the family c...

GO BEYOND BOUNDARIES 3

GO BEYOND BOUNDARIES 3 MEMORY VERSE: - 2 Corinthians 10:16 - "To preach the gospel in the regions beyond you, and not to boast in another man's line of things made ready to our hand." You can't go beyond boundaries when you continue to do things the same way everyone does, when you are regular, and when you continue to use the same method of doing things that have not been favourable or adding value or producing positive results. For you to go beyond boundaries you must do the UNUSUAL things and for you to do the UNUSUAL things you must first of all, start by changing your MINDSET ... Your ways of thinking and viewing things. "And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God" (Romans 12:2). In order word, Change the way you think... it's an error to be in Christ and be foolish in thinking because Christ is wisdom specified and you o...

THE ENEMY YOU SEE TODAY, YOU SHALL SEE THEM NO MORE 3

THE ENEMY YOU SEE TODAY, YOU SHALL SEE THEM NO MORE 3 MEMORY VERSE: - Exodus 14:13 - "And Moses said unto the people, Fear ye not, stand still, and see the salvation of the LORD, which he will shew to you today: for the Egyptians whom ye have seen today, ye shall see them again no more for ever." Furthermore, Moses encouraged the people to 'stand still' which is to say, 'stand firm, stand on your ground, be brave, be strong in heart.' This is the realm of unmovable faith, being confident in your God who is in your life and who is mighty. For the scripture says, "The LORD thy God in the midst of thee is mighty...." (Zephaniah 3:17) . And as a mighty God, he is not there to fold his hands and watch you perish or watch the enemy destroy your life. He will do great and marvelous things for you..... Continuing in that Zephaniah 3:17, the prophet says, "He will save, he will rejoice over you with joy; He will rest in his love, he will joy over you ...

THE ENEMY YOU SEE TODAY, YOU SHALL SEE THEM NO MORE 2 MEMORY VERSE: - Exodus 14:13 - "And Moses said unto the people, Fear ye not, stand still, and see the salvation of the LORD, which he will shew to you to day: for the Egyptians whom ye have seen to day, ye shall see them again no more for ever." Now, when the people saw the challenge of the red sea before them and the enemy also was coming behind them, they were sore afraid and troubled. Wherefore, Moses encouraged them saying, “Fear not," Fear is one of the enemy’s popular weapons used against people. It is a weapon used by the power of darkness to destabilize its victims and stop them from taking steps that will bring them into their desired haven. Listen, you can't go anywhere if you are a fearful person and you can't confront the enemies that are contending and trying to stop you from achieving your God given destiny and purpose if you are giving in to fear. Fear is a spirit and must be put out of one...

THE ENEMY YOU SEE TODAY, YOU SHALL SEE THEM NO MORE

THE ENEMY YOU SEE TODAY, YOU SHALL SEE THEM NO MORE MEMORY VERSE: - Exodus 14:13 - "And Moses said unto the people, Fear ye not, stand still, and see the salvation of the LORD, which he will shew to you to day: for the Egyptians whom ye have seen to day, ye shall see them again no more for ever." In this text, there's a promise of deliverance and victory in the battle one is going through. No matter what your situation might be or the adversities over your life, there's a promise of deliverance for you in Christ.  As believers, we must trust in God's power to overcome our enemies and life's challenges. We must be able to stand firm in the face of adversity, knowing that God is with us and He will deliver us from all our adversaries. Moses told the Israelites, “The enemies you see today, you will see no more” because he knows God's power and ability to deal with things. Child of God, there may be things that you’re dealing with and it seems that there...

IMPORTANCE OF KNOWING WHAT BELONGS TO YOU

IMPORTANCE OF KNOWING WHAT BELONGS TO YOU MEMORY VERSE: - Luke 19:41-42 - “41 And when he was come near, he beheld the city, and wept over it, 42 saying, If thou hadst known, even thou, at least in this thy day, the things which belong unto thy peace! but now they are hid from thine eyes." The Devil has robbed a lot of people of their daily benefits in life due to the fact that they do not have knowledge of what their rights in Christ are. We are told in the scripture that our heavenly Father "loads us with benefits on a daily basis." (See Psalm 68:19). Now, if this is true and we know it is because God's word is ever true. Why then do we have a lot of believers still living in lack and want. Why do we still have so many needy among us? It is because they lack knowledge of what belongs to them in Christ. Many have been received by wrong doctrines, religion, and traditions of men.  Jesus wept over Jerusalem because they lacked knowledge of what rightfully belonged t...

RIDING ON CHRIST STRENGTH 2

RIDING ON CHRIST STRENGTH 2 MEMORY VERSE: - Philippians 4:13 - "I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me". Now, Paul proclaimed that, he could do all things because of the strength that comes from Christ.. This lets us know that God empowers us and provides us with all the strength we need to overcome in every stage of life. With the Holy Spirit supplying us with grace, we are able to live the overcomer's life in this world. See what Paul has to say about God's grace in him, “But by the grace of God I am what I am, and his grace to me was not without effect. No, I worked harder than all of them--yet not I, but the grace of God that was with me.” (1 Corinthians 15:10). Assuredly, we are nothing without the endowment of grace. Whatever you want to do in this life, with grace you can be rest assured it's a done deal. Therefore, Paul brings us into the secret of his success in ministry; it was Christ ' GRACE ', and upon this grace he makes h...
