STEP OUT OF YOUR COMFORT ZONE

MEMORY VERSE: Genesis 12:1 “Then the LORD said to Abram, “Leave your country, your kindred, and your father’s household, and go to the land I will show you. I will make you into a great nation, and I will bless you; I will make your name great, so that you will be a blessing

George Sheehan wrote, “Success means having the courage, the determination, and the will to become the person you believed you were meant to be” A lot of people have great dreams but do not take the steps that would make it a reality rather they stay in their comfort zone wishing for things to happen. Wishes do not add anything to your vision; you must step out and do something with it. 

No one achieves destiny staying in a comfort zone, until you take a bold step and step out of it and take the risk of doing something uncommon, you may never experience a new lease of life. There is always this comfort zone of your mind that tells you _“You can't do it”, or "You are not good enough” or “You are okay with the level you are”,_ as a result it keeps you out of God's blessings for you, you must step out of such if you want to experience a successful life.

Certainly, our heavenly father has prepared great things for us all and he have invited us to come and take the spoils, don't stay back in the boat of your comfort zone, don't stay back in the web of procrastination, arise and step out into the unknown and find your treasure. When you leave your comfort zone and take a step of faith in that goal and vision, you will find prosperity, riches, wealth and every good thing you ever desire.


PRAYER

Father Lord, I thank you for the gift of life, today oh Lord I refuse to settle in a comfort zone; by your grace in me, I break out of every comfort zone, in Jesus’ name, Amen

But I know, that even now, whatsoever thou wilt ask of God, God will give it thee. Jesus saith unto her, Thy brother shall rise again. Martha saith unto him, I know that he shall rise again in the resurrection at the last day"   A lot of people pray but do not believe they can have the answer to their request immediately. Their faith is always in the future. The mindset of future has kept them from embracing that which is theirs at the moment. Thus, they neglect the place of faith in the now of today’s experience. While Martha could only think of the future as the only time her brother could rise again from the dead, Jesus was seeing it happening in the moment.
