RENEW YOUR MIND TO PROSPER 2


MEMORY VERSE: - Psalm 37:25 - "I have been young, and now am old; yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his seed begging bread” 

Those who live a beggarly life do so because they have programmed their minds that they are the victims, they see themselves as the poorest, or the ones who alone have needs that must be helped.

Oftentimes, these set of people are very knowledgeable with scriptures but they do not live by it and they reject or deny its power that can bring about transformation in their life. They are the ones that Paul talked about when he said, “Having the form of godliness, but denying the power thereof” (2Timothy 3:5).

God never destined anyone to live a beggarly life, but to be a source of blessing. It's important we reprogram our minds towards prosperity so that it can come to us. It is necessary for one to renew his or her mind to the truth of God's Word; for God wants all of His children everywhere to prosper regardless of their physical race, skin colour or region.

Religion has lied to many people that the Will of God is against prosperity, and so they tell their followers it is not good for them to prosper in this world, thus building a wrong mindset in them. “Be transformed by the renewing of your mind….” says Paul in Romans 12:2. Similarly, when Jesus began to preach, He started with the massage of mind renewal “Repent for the kingdom of God is at hand” He said, Matthew 4:17.

Repentance is also the act of renewal of the mind and a conversion of the heart; it is the process through which one's mindset is reformed, rehabilitated, and converted. Change is constant in life; we all have a mindset that requires remolding by the Word of God. Therefore, you must submit to the Word and be renewed in your mind. 

PRAYER
Most Holy Father I thank you for the life you gave to me. I pray that by your Spirit of grace, you will help me to spend all my days in prosperity in Jesus name, Amen!!
