WILLINGNESS AND OBEDIENCE 2

MEMORY VERSE: John 2:5 - “His mother saith unto the servants, Whatsoever he saith unto you, do it.”

Assuredly, God wants to take you beyond your expectations, he wants to do greater things in your life. But the question now is; are you prepared? Are you ready for a change? Do you want to move out of the Place of barely enough to that of more than enough? Do you want to experience the kingdom life here on earth? 

No one can experience a change except they are ready for it. And so for you to come into what God have for you, you need to stop seeing what is around and start believing in the change you want to see.

Talking about faith, the anointed woman of God 'Kathryn Kulhman' said, _'Faith is when you quit believing in what you see and start seeing what you believe'_ Certainly, you have to start seeing what you believe in your minds eye and acting as though they were

Moreover, you need to stop seeing Jesus as one who is just by the right hand of God doing nothing - Stop seeing God as an incapable God - Stop seeing the Holy Spirit as an inactive observer. 

God gave us His Spirit to do marvelous things in our lives and He is willing to do much more but we have to stop resisting Him with our limitation of His ability and power.

Child of God, be it known to you this day that God wants to exceed your expectations, He is willing to do much more for you than you can imagine, let him in, allow him to have his way.


PRAYER

Glorious God, I thank you for who you are. Today I pray that you give me discernment of spirit that I may recognize your voice and give me the grace to act as instructed in Jesus’ name, Amen

But I know, that even now, whatsoever thou wilt ask of God, God will give it thee. Jesus saith unto her, Thy brother shall rise again. Martha saith unto him, I know that he shall rise again in the resurrection at the last day"   A lot of people pray but do not believe they can have the answer to their request immediately. Their faith is always in the future. The mindset of future has kept them from embracing that which is theirs at the moment. Thus, they neglect the place of faith in the now of today’s experience. While Martha could only think of the future as the only time her brother could rise again from the dead, Jesus was seeing it happening in the moment.
