 WELL WATERED GARDEN


MEMORY VERSE: - Isaiah 58:11 - "The LORD will guide you always; he will satisfy your needs in a sun-scorched land and will strengthen your frame. You will be like a well-watered garden, like a spring whose waters never fail."*

In few days we will be embracing the new year, and the world is in fear because they do not know how things are going to be, especially with all that has been happening, but as for you and I in Christ, God has made provision for us because He holds everything in His power. 

Our text says He guides us in all our ways, he will walk with us and also satisfy our needs in a Sun-scorched land. Sun-scorched land talks about a land of drought. A land of dryness. A land where there's famine. He did it for Isaac. In Genesis 26:12 we read that while there was dryness in Gerar Isaac was sowed and harvested. He prospered in the most difficult times. 

The the presence of God will make you to be a well watered garden in the new year wherefore you cannot fail., He will cause you to be fruitful and cause you to be immuned from every evil influence. At the time others will be complaining due to the challenges that may befall the world, you will be doing exploits and rejoicing in the Lord your God.


 PRAYER

Father Lord, I submit to your leading in the new year. Let your presence be with me and satisfy all my needs in Jesus’ name, Amen

But I know, that even now, whatsoever thou wilt ask of God, God will give it thee. Jesus saith unto her, Thy brother shall rise again. Martha saith unto him, I know that he shall rise again in the resurrection at the last day"   A lot of people pray but do not believe they can have the answer to their request immediately. Their faith is always in the future. The mindset of future has kept them from embracing that which is theirs at the moment. Thus, they neglect the place of faith in the now of today’s experience.
