CAST YOUR BURDENS ON THE LORD 2


MEMORY VERSE: - Psalm 55:22 - "Cast your burden upon the Lord and He will sustain you; He will never allow the righteous to be shaken.".

Now, when we are talking about casting our burdens upon the Lord, many do not even know how to do so. They are perplexed and confused on how to go about it. But the word of God did not leave us clueless on how we can cast our burdens upon the Lord. Paul in Philippians 4:6 wrote, "Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done." (NLT).

1. Take It To God In Prayer. There's nothing that is impossible for a man or woman that prays. When we pray in faith, we position ourselves for the miraculous. The things that seems great before men are light or small in our eyes..... they are like soft potatoes that can be pressed down before us.

Certainly, there's no mountain too high that cannot be made plain by prayer of faith. There's no situation that will not bow to a man or woman of faith and prayers. When you pray, believe that God cares about you and he is interested in all that concerns you.

2. Refuse To Worry: Worrying doesn't add any value to your life and gives no solution to your situation: rather it will give you heart attack and serval health issues. 

3. Be Thankful: It's a pity that many do not have a heart of gratitude, they do not know that there's is power in being thankful to God. Oh, if only they have known that thankfulness is a weapon against the enemy as much as the Word of God is a weapon. If only they could understand that which thanksgiving does in the realm of the spirit? Beloved, don't neglect thanksgiving for in it lies the secret of victory in all your request.

4. Guard Your Mind: You must guard against the enemy that creeps into your mind to promote burdens, do not give any opportunity for the burden to come back and lay hold on your mind again.

PRAYER 
I thank you most Holy Father for Your mercies that are immeasurable, I surrender all my worries and ask that you take them away in Jesus name, Amen.
