SECRET KEY TO SUCCESS 4

MEMORY VERSE: - Isaiah 48:17 - "Thus says the LORD, your Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel: “I am the LORD your God, who teaches you to profit, who leads you in the way you should go" ( ESV).

Although God has set up this principle for success in his word, however, many have refused to act on it because of their selfishness and stinginess. They prefer to fast and pray for a very long time than to obey the simple instructions. 

Listen, the secret key to financial blessing is GIVING. This is God's standard and ordinances for eternity that we must practice. The scripture in 1 Samuel 15:22 says, "Obedience is better than sacrifice, and submission is better than offering the fat of rams."

Furthermore, Job 36:11 tells us, "If they obey and serve him, they shall spend their days in prosperity, and their years in pleasures." Therefore, child of God, it is more profitable for you to obey than to fast and pray in disobedience.

It is so bad to see some people that God will do awesome and marvelous things in their life and they will go to church empty handed and say words like "I have nothing to give you, only to say thank you." Yet, they could buy luxury cars, luxury clothing and whatsoever they so desire. What an error. 

Beloved, there's always something to give no matter how little it may seem. If you have little and you give little it is acceptable but if you have much and you give little your giving is like that of Cain. No one is permitted to appear before God empty handed. 

If you come empty, you will go empty no matter how much prayer that is prayed on you, it's empty sounds because you did not do as commanded by the Lord. Deuteronomy 16:16-17 says, "No one should appear before the LORD empty-handed: Each of you must bring a gift in proportion to the way the LORD your God has blessed you."


PRAYER

Our Father in heaven, honor to your name. I thank you for giving me another chance to make things right in my life. Pardon my sin of negligence in the area of giving in Jesus name, Amen.
