DON'T GIVE LEFTOVERS

AbayeLiz Daily Inspirational DON'T GIVE LEFTOVERS MEMORY VERSE: - Genesis 4:3-4 - "In the course of time Cain brought some of the fruits of the soil as an offering to the LORD. Abel also brought of the firstborn of his flock and of their fat portions.” Giving God our best should be our top priority. Cain and Abel both brought offerings to God from their products, but while one's offering was accepted, the other was rejected. Yes! God accepted only Able's offering but rejected that of Cain. “And the LORD had regard for Abel and his offering, but for Cain and his offering he had no regard” (Gen 4:5). Why was Cain's offering rejected? Abel did not only give God the firstborn of his flocks, He gave God his very best. Cain, on the other hand, gave a sacrifice that wasn’t respected by God. Cain keep the best for himself and gave God his rotten produce. In other words, he gave God his leftovers, the ones he wasn't in need of. And God said to him, “If you do well,

GOD TAKES PLEASURE IN YOUR PROSPERITY

AbayeLiz Daily Inspirational GOD TAKES PLEASURE IN YOUR PROSPERITY MEMORY VERSE: - Psalm 35:27 - "Let them shout for joy, and be glad, that favour my righteous cause: yea, let them say continually, Let the Lord be magnified, which hath pleasure in the prosperity of his servant" (KJV). When we here the word 'Prosperity' the first thing that crosses over our mind is money.. However, prosperity is beyond money but in our total well being. The dictionary defines prosperity as a successful, flourishing, or thriving condition, especially in financial respects; and good fortune. But biblical prosperity is about your whole well-being. Wherefore, the Lexham English Bible translation renders Psalms 35:27 this way, "Let them shout for joy and be glad, who delight in my vindication; and let them say continually, “Yahweh is great, who delights in the welfare of his servant”. Now the phrase 'Welfare' originally means " Happiness " or " Prosperity .&q

GOD IS A RESTORER

Image
AbayeLiz Daily Inspirational GOD IS A RESTORER MEMORY VERSE: - Psalm 23:3 - "He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake." God is a restorer of all things. He wants to restore double to you that which the enemy has stolen from you. Thus, the scripture in Zechariah 9:12 says, "Return to your fortress, O prisoners of hope; even now I announce that I will restore twice as much to you." God doesn’t just restore all things, He makes things better, whole, and stronger. When things are not working in your life, your soul will be down cast, but when the Lord makes things to start working again, then your soul will be lifted in joy. When your finances are flowing and flourishing, business is moving well, home is having peace and tranquility, your soul is quickened and back to life again. And so, God restores any things that needs to be restored. So, what have you lost in life? What has the enemy stolen from you? What's

OVERCOMING THROUGH FAITH

Image
AbayeLiz Daily Inspirational OVERCOMING THROUGH FAITH MEMORY VERSE: - 1 John 5:4 - "For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith." In Hebrews 11:1, we are made to understand that faith is a substance. "Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen."  Now, what is substance? Dictionary definition says, _ "It is the real physical matter of which a person or thing consists and which has a tangible, solid presence." 2. It is the ultimate reality that underlies all outward manifestations and change" Therefore, faith is the reality in which the manifestations of all our desires and request lies. Faith is the energizing force that brings about the reality of the desired victory.  And so, our memory verse tells us that, "whatsoever is born of God overcomes the world: and that the victory is rooted in our faith." The victory is not found

BUILD YOURSELF UP

Image
AbayeLiz Daily Inspirational BUILD YOURSELF UP MEMORY VERSE: - Jude 1:20 - "But you, beloved, build yourselves up on your most holy faith; pray in the Holy Spirit" There's a responsibility that's given to us in Christ, our growth in him is not only dependent on His ability but on us as well. Our heavenly Father made us to be people of choice, we're not robots nor zombies, we have to choose to achieve a height both in physical life and spiritual life.  In life, strengthening your relationship with God is of uttermost important. You can't go further in life being in a stagnated place in your spiritual walk with God. Certainly, there's a great work for us to do in our spiritual growth, we have to deliberately build up ourselves.  That's to say we have to grow from where we were when we first came to Christ to higher levels in him and so Peter admonish us, "But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To him be the gl

DO NOT BE DECEIVED

AbayeLiz Daily Inspirational DO NOT BE DECEIVED MEMORY VERSE: - Matthew 24:24 - "For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect" We live in a time were deception is on high, a period where the devil have come out with his full regalia as an angel of light, to deceive many. Now, to deceive is to persuade someone that something false is the truth, or to keep the truth hidden from someone for your own advantage. However, to be deceived is to be mislead, to be misguided, to accept as true or as valid what is false or what is invalid, It is to fail to admit to oneself that something is not right. Oftentimes people know the truth deep down within them but they give in to deceit thereby deceiving themselves that something false is true. They allow the false ministers to make merchandise of them in the name of the anointing, doing all manners of atrocities in th

ENJOYING KINGDOM LIFE

Image
AbayeLiz Daily Inspirational   ENJOYING KINGDOM LIFE MEMORY VERSE: - James 1:17 - "Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights, who does not change like shifting shadows." The is a supernatural life which is the heavenly life and there's a natural life which is the earthly life. Most people live more of the earthly life because of the nature of the earthly in human: but those who are in Christ Jesus and citizens of heaven, we are brought into the kingdom to live beyond the earthy, but are to live the kingdom life, to live according to the heavenly standard. What God's word says we are is what we are: for God's word is ever true and supercedes everything else. Thus, we must order our lives to line up with the word of God. Religion will keep you from enjoying God's best for you.... Religion is a warm wood, a mockery, and a deception. God's best is our portion in this world, we are to have the full package o
