REST IN CHRIST 1 MEMORY VERSE: - Hebrews 4:10 - "For he that is entered into his rest, he also hath ceased from his own works, as God did from his." God wants us to come to the place of rest in Christ, He wants us to live daily in a struggle free life. A place where we stop doing things with our human senses and allow His Holy Spirit to guide us and help us. When we are talking about rest, we are not talking about physical rest as in relaxing, sleeping or going on holidays. We also not saying one shouldn't work or do something in life. We do not encourage laziness, in fact , the scripture is against laziness and it encourages that all should work in order to eat (See 1 Thess. 4:11). So the rest we are talking about is that of putting our complete trust in God, believing and depending on Him to help us succeed in our work and achieve in life. It is a rest that brings an end to struggles of life, it is that rest which causes one to work with ease, and to function in grac
