DOING THE UNUSUAL

AbayeLiz Daily Inspirational DOING THE UNUSUAL MEMORY VERSE: - 1 Samuel 12:16-17 “Now therefore, stand still and you will see this great thing which the Lord will do before your eyes. Is it not wheat harvest today? I will pray the Lord and He will send thunder and rain….” There used to be no rain in Israel during wheat harvest so, for God to send rain and thunder in such time, it would be an unusual thing. And in verse 18 of that chapter 12, “Samuel called on the name of the Lord and He sent thunder and rain….” Our Father is a God who always does the unusual things, He is the extra ordinary specialist and we His children are to follow thus. You can't get a different result when you continue to do things same way as everyone, or when you are regular, and when you continue to use same method of doing things that has not been favourable or adding value nor producing positive results. For you to get a different result, you must do the UNUSUAL thing, you must go all the way out, you

THE BEAUTY OF THE LORD

Image
AbayeLiz Daily Inspirationals THE BEAUTY OF THE LORD MEMORY VERSE: Psalm 90:17 - Let the beauty of the Lord our God be seen in us”  Psalm 90 was a prayer of Moses for God’s chosen people, and he made us to understand that there is need for the beauty of the Lord to be visible in the life of His people, “In Us”. Beauty implies glory, radiance, splendor, magnificence, loveliness, or attractiveness. So in this passage, the scripture is saying “let the glory of the Lord be made manifest or be revealed in us."   We are Born Again to be the expressions of the Glory of God in the world. That is to say, God's glory is made manifest in the world through the believer. The revelations of God’s glory in the life of His children are proves of His greatness, worth and magnitude.  The entrance of Christ into our life ushers in the beauty of the Lord our God, thus Isaiah prophesied ahead before His coming that which He was going to do in the life of those who will receive Him into their liv

DAYS OF VISITATION

Image
AbayeLiz Daily Inspirationals DAYS OF VISITATION MEMORY VERSE: - Genesis 50:24-25 "And Joseph said unto his brethren, I die: and God will surely visit you, and bring you out of this land unto the land which he sware to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob. And Joseph took an oath of the children of Israel, saying, God will surely visit you, and ye shall carry up my bones from hence.”  There are times and seasons in everyone’s’ life. In the season whereby God is pleased to accomplished special purposes in someone’s life, a time where God rest His favor and brings about the manifestations of one’s prayers, a season of divine intervention is known as the day of visitation. They were once in Zachariah and his wife Elizabeth’s life when they were called barren because they had no child, but a day came that God visited them and turned their life and story around. It happened that as he was ministering in the temple that an angel appeared to him and told him his prayer has been heard and t

YOU ARE GODS

Image
AbayeLiz Daily Inspirationals YOU ARE GODS' MEMORY VERSE: - Psalms 82:6, “I have said, ye are gods; and all of you are children of the Most High" Now! in reassuring us about who we are, Jesus said, “Is it not written in your law, I said, ye are gods? If He called them gods, unto whom the Word of God came, and the scripture cannot be broken” (John 10:34 - 35). Oh yes! The scripture cannot be broken; it is forever settled in Christ that we are gods on earth. And 'God’s word is forever settled.' (Ps. 119:89). To be a god in this verse means to have high ranking position above others. It is to have power over things or people, it is to have supremacy over other created things. Our heavenly father has made us to be gods over all created things and over principalities and powers. In Christ you are not an ordinary person, you are more than who you see in the mirror, you are not just flesh and blood, but a supernatural being in human body positioned upon the face of th

THE PROMISES OF GOD

Image
AbayeLiz Daily Inspirationals THE PROMISES OF GOD MEMORY VERSE: - 2 Corinthians 1:20 “For all the promises of God in Him are Yes and Amen, to the glory of God through us”. The promises of God are not “YES” today then tomorrow “NO”. Neither are they “Maybe”. But are “YES! nothing short of Yes. The word “promise” or “promises” stands for a declaration, a vow, a pledge, a guarantee an undertaken, or an assurance that one will do a particular thing or declare that something will happen. Thus, all of God’s promises are sure because “ God cannot lie.” Because God’s promises are Yes and Amen, therefore He does not say NO to any prayer that is prayed in line with His will. Wherefore, John declared, “And this is the confidence that we have in Him, that if we ask any thing according to His will, He hears us" 1John 5:14.   Jesus in Revelation 3:14 said, He is the “Amen the faithful and true witness.” If Jesus is the Amen, it then means your case is settled already for Amen means “So be it

DON'T SETTLE FOR LESS

AbayeLiz Daily Inspirationals   DON’T SETTLE FOR LESS MEMORY VERSE: - Jeremiah 29:11, “I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you. Plans to give you hope and a future” Oftentimes, many Christians settle for lesser than they are meant to be, because they do not believe that the best is their portion in Christ. You must understand that God wants the best for you more than you can imagine: He says “My plans are to prosper you and not to harm you” This is a surety word. It is guaranteed. The best of the earth is your portion in Christ therefore; you don’t have to settle for the less.  God cares so much for you that He wants you to not settle where you are: He wants you to go and get all that there is for you in His storehouses because He has great and wonderful things in store for you.  Another thing that makes people to settle for the less is inferiority complex. Such people continually look down on themselves; they see themselves as l

ABUNDANTLY SATISFIED

Image
AbayeLiz Daily Inspirationals ABUNDANTLY SATISFIED MEMORY VERSE: Psalm 36:8 - “They shall be abundantly satisfied with the fatness of Thy house” In our heavenly father’s storehouse, there is abundance for everyone, yes! There is more than enough for all of us. He has provisions for all His children; none is to lack anything good. Those who learn to depend on, (rely on, lean on,) or put their trust in Him shall share in the provision laid up therein. God wants the best for us thus He gives us the best, “the fatness of His house” He abundantly satisfies the desires of His children; and meets their every need; therefore, we do not live in lack and want. Just as David declared in Psalm 23:1, “The Lord is my shepherd; I have all that I need.” (NLT) Christ came to bring us into God’s original plan for us: and that is to have life in its fullest, it is to “live in abundance” this includes our homes, business, career, finance and everything that life offers. However, if we do not have pe
