ANGER MANAGEMENT

MEMORY VERSE: - Ecclesiastes 7:9 - Be not quick in your spirit to become angry, for anger lodges in the heart of fools.

Anger is an emotion that can cause a lot of harm if not manage properly and put under subjection. It can get it's victim into a lot of trouble. We are to wisely control the way we react to things around us and not allow anger to get a better part of us.

 Proverbs 29:11 tells us that “Fools vent their anger, but the wise quietly hold it back.” This scripture does not mean that the wise bury their anger or do not deal with it, but it means that they control their anger and how they express it.

Most people who have anger issues doesn't really agree to it. But If you’ve been told that you have anger issues then you need to watch out for yourself and deal with it. Anger affects how you respond to people and treat them. 

Many angered people are quick to take harsh action before they could think. Anger have made many to loose great opportunities. It has ruined great relationships, reck homes, and has rob many of their destiny. 

Anger is so terribly bad that we are admonished not to make friends with anyone that is given to it, "Don't make friends with a hot-tempered man, and do not associate with someone who is easily angered" Proverb 22:24. Do not allow anger to rule you, master it and bring it under subjection by exhibiting self control.

Self control is very important in life, with it you can conquer anger. You cannot afford to continue carry the weight of anger around in your life, you need to do something about it. Enter into prayers, exhibit self control, be quick to hear and be slow to act.


 PRAYER 

Mighty God I praise your name, this day I submit myself to you and I asked that you uproot from my life the root of anger in Jesus’ name, Amen
