THE VALUE OF HONESTY AND INTEGRITY 2


MEMORY VERSE: - Proverbs 10:9 - "Whoever walks in integrity walks securely, but whoever takes crooked paths will be found out"

The person you present yourself to be in the public eyes matters alot... If you are not having honesty and integrity people will not trust you, neither will they want to do business with you. So, it's important you brand yourself rightly. You are showing forth your personal branding when you exhibit honesty and integrity or dishonesty and lack of integrity.

And so, Colossians 3:9 tells us, "Do not lie to each other, since you have taken off your old self with its practices" One bad thing about lying is that you keep lying to cover up the previous lies... And you will be messing up yourself, belittling yourself and making a mockery of yourself.

We all have been there but now the Spirit is calling us to new life in Christ. Furthermore, Ephesians 4:25 says, "Therefore each of you must put off falsehood and speak truthfully to your neighbor, for we are all members of one body."

As believers, we are the Epistle that the people will read and see Christ. You and I is the Jesus they could see and the Bible they can read. When Christ was in the earth he was the God they could see because of the way he represented the father.

Jesus in his encounter with the Samaritan at the well, said to her, "But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him." John 4:23-24. And in this dispensation, the father is still seeking for true worshippers who will worship him in spirit and in truth. May he find you and I.


 PRAYER

Father Lord, thank you for your unconditional love towards me and I pray that you help my by your spirit of grace to be a living epistle in Jesus name, Amen

Martha saith unto him, I know that he shall rise again in the resurrection at the last day"   A lot of people pray but do not believe they can have the answer to their request immediately. Their faith is always in the future. The mindset of future has kept them from embracing that which is theirs at the moment. Thus, they neglect the place of faith in the now of today’s experience.
