GOD'S GOOD AND PERFECT GIFTS 2

MEMORY VERSE: - James 1:17 - "Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning." 

The scripture further says that “There is no shadow of turning” in God. In order word, God cannot change; He will not turn away from His promises, but will always perform them. Man can change, man is uneven, he is unstable and untruthful. Most of the time he or she Promises what they know they are not going to do.

In our journey of life, we have seen people that we trusted changed like unstable waters. But God is not like that. He is the giver of good gifts and He never changes. He is the same yesterday, today and forever.

Furthermore, there is also “no variableness” in God, that is to say, there is no changeability, no irregularity, no randomness, no unevenness, no misdeeds, no wrongdoing and no indiscretion in God. In order word, God does not play games, He is prudence thus, gives us the best of life.

God loves us so much that He gave us breath of life freely; He gave us the earth to be its masters and to enrich ourselves with all of its abundance resources. Even when we were lost in sin, He gave us His only begotten Son, and He continues to love us by giving us the gift of life every day with daily benefits attached to it.

Therefore, we must not limit God; we must trust in Him more, we must shift our attention away from man and look up to the one who is the giver of every good and perfect gift, to the one who is the source of all blessings knowing that He will give us those things that pertain to life.


PRAYER 

Father God, I am so grateful for all your blessings in my life. I thank you for your perfect gifts health, peace and life in Jesus name, Amen.
