NO GOOD THING WILL HE WITHHOLD

MEMORY VERSE: - Psalm 84:11 - “For the LORD God is a sun and shield; the LORD bestows favor and honor. No good thing does he withhold from those who walk uprightly”.

Our God is a good God and it gives Him pleasure to do us good. He is pleased to bless us with good things of life as long as we are walking with Him. Thus, these promises in our memory verse are conditional. It is for those who walk uprightly.

Alot of believers want to enjoy the promises of God but do not want to walk upright with Him. Listen, for us to plunge into claiming these promises we must do the reasonable thing, by making a choice to walk upright and honor God. 

Now, the Psalmist says, “The Lord God is a sun and shield”, these talks about protection. God is protecting you all round; therefore you do not need to live in fear. Fear is not of God but of the wicked one nevertheless, holding on to the promises of God will keep you going. 

Furthermore, he says, “The LORD bestows favor and honor." You need to be rest assured that God’s favour is on you, as a result all that you shall lay your hands to do shall prosper thereby bringing you honor.

And finally he said, "God will not withhold any good thing from you and I." And certainly, God is not holding any good thing back from you. He wants you to have great life in this world and He gets great joy and pleasure from seeing you have the good things of life.

Therefore you will not suffer hunger and want; whatever you set your hand to do that is in the will of God shall bring forth positive results. For no good thing will the father of all lives withhold from you.


PRAYER

Thank you heavenly Father for your protection and provisions. Thank you for not holding anything good back from me. I'm blessed and I have all that pertain to life in Jesus name, Amen.
