KEEP YOUR PRAYER FLAME BURNING


MEMORY VERSE: - Leviticus 6:12 - "The fire on the altar is to be kept burning; it must not go out....."

If there's anything the devil does not want you to do; it is to pray and if there's anything he wants you to do its to not pray. He will do anything to distract you from praying because he knows what prayer power is for you and what it does to him.

Prayer is the power that turns things around in your favor, it causes a tremendous change in your circumstances, it makes the impossible to become possible in your life. It's a pity that some people are too lazy to pray, whilst some are too busy to find time to pray. Listen, he or she that doesn't pray is empty and fireless. Thus, they are easy prey for the enemy. 

You must pray at all times if you want to make a headway in life, you must keep the flem of prayer burning if you want to live the Overcomers life. Force yourself to pray when you don't feel like praying because there's a force stopping you from praying in order to achieve their evil schemes in your life.

In Ephesians 6:18 Paul wrote, "With all prayer and petition pray at all times in the Spirit, and with this in view, be on the alert with all perseverance and petition for all the saints" We are never for any reason to stop praying. In good times and in challenging times we must pray. 

For a lot of people when things are all good, they don't pray and thus, their fire goes off wherefore, the enemy has opportunity to gain entrance and strike.

You are a cold Christian when you don't pray and as such, the enemy can have access to you and all that is yours. But when you pray, you keep your flame burning continuously you become too hot for the enemy to come near. They will keep off from you because of the fire that is surrounding you.


PRAYER

Almighty and Most Holy God, I exalt you. I ask that by your power of grace, you quicken my prayer life. I break loose from every spirit of laziness to pray in Jesus name, Amen.
