SECRET KEY TO SUCCESS 2


MEMORY VERSE: - Isaiah 48:17 - "Thus says the LORD, your Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel: “I am the LORD your God, who teaches you to profit, who leads you in the way you should go" ( ESV).

Many are settling for lesser than God’s best for them because of the absence of His presence. When you are not giving Him the right to be the leader of your work, he stays off it. 

God doesn't force himself on anyone, He allows us the right to choose and if you choose to let him in, He will be there in his fullness to help you rule your world. On the other hand, if you choose to neglect him, he will stay off.

A lot are also settling for less as a result of not responding and acting on God's instructions. Listen, one of the secret key to success is acting as instructed by the Lord. Simply put, it is obedience to God's instructions. No one can experience kingdom prosperity in disobedience.

Many are times when we receive instructions about how to go about something in our inner man but because it seems so stupid or foolish in our humanistic ways of doing things, we neglect it and will continue to pray meaningless prayers. God's ways are not ours, he cannot condescend low to our standards. No matter how stupid his instructions may seem, just do it.

 In our case study of Peter and colleagues in John 21, we saw that they did as the Lord directed them. Verses 5 & 6 says, “He called out to them, Friends, haven’t you any fish?” No,” they answered. 6 He said, “Throw your net on the right side of the boat and you will find some.” and truly "When they did, they were unable to haul the net in because of the large number of fish."

Now, if they had not done as Christ had instructed them to do, nothing would have happened. Things would have remained the same. But acting on what the Word says you are to do in order for success or prosperity to come will set you up far above your imagination.


PRAYER

Father Lord, am grateful for your mercies in my life. I ask that you forgive me the sin of negligence. Redirect me Lord to the right track in Jesus name, Amen.
