GO NOT IN THE WAY OF EVIL MEN


MEMORY VERSE: - ‭Proverbs 4:14 - “Enter not into the path of the wicked, and go not in the way of evil men.”

There are two distinctly different paths described in Proverbs 4, One is the path of the wicked which is in darkness, and leads to damage of destiny and purpose. It brings about poverty, destruction and at the end eternal death. On the other hand is the path of the just which is in the light.

Wherefore, Vs 18 says, "But the path of the righteous is like the light of dawn, which shines brighter and brighter until full day." So, if you choose to go in the way of the just you will be illuminated with light and your paths in life will be lighted up with the glory of God and you will enjoy ever increasing glory.

The truth is that when one mixes up with the wrong people, he or she will end up doing things they are not supposed to do which will eventually affect their lifestyle, mess up their mindset, their career, business and affect their finances negatively. 

They will be wasting their finances on the wrong things that they are not supposed to, and when one does such with their finances, it will bring destruction and ruin their money. It will do things to their finances beyond their imagination and It will keep them impoverished.

The scripture in 1 Corinthians 15:33 admonished, "Do not be fooled. “Bad companions ruin good character.” No matter how strong in spirit one may be, bad companions will influence their decision in life and ruin them. Most people who are trapped in bad habits of smoking and drinking say it was their friends who introduced them to it. If they were in the right company of the righteous, they would not have been in such a mess.

To have your life, destiny and finances straightened out, you have to stay with the Lord and with the right companions. The right companion will challenge you to do good things, to put your money in the things of great value. It will make you to invest, expand your business and have structures and possessions. So, go not in the way of evil men.


PRAYER

Father God, thank you for your compassionate heart towards me, this day by your grace, I break camp with the wrong companion and by wisdom I join myself to the right companion in Jesus, name amen.
