THE SEED IS MORE THAN ENOUGH 2


MEMORY VERSE: - 2 Corinthians 9:10 - “This most generous God who gives seed to the farmer that becomes bread for your meals is more than extravagant with you. He gives you something you can then give away, which grows into full-formed lives, robust in God" (MSG).

Bread is not given to the one who is idle it is not given to the one who spend working time in prayer expecting manner to fall from heaven: but it's given to the sower. Psalm 1:3 made us to understand that It is what one does that prospers, if you do nothing, then you will get nothing.

And so in John 6 verses 9 to 13, when Jesus asked where they could buy bread for the people to eat, one of his disciples, called Andrew, Simon Peter's brother, saith unto him, "There is a boy here with five small barley loaves and two small fish, but how far will they go among so many?”

Now, the loaves and fishes were not just small in quantity but it was also small in size; and of course the little boy brought what he needed and was enough for him. 

However, Jesus saw those little things as a substance that could be multiplied to feed thousands because He knows what His Father is capable of doing. Wherefore, vs 11 said, "And Jesus took the loaves; and when he had given thanks, he distributed to the disciples, and the disciples to them that were set down; and likewise of the fishes as much as they would."

Child of God, give the Holy Spirit something to work with, take that bold step and cast your seed to ground. Stop waiting, stop dreaming, stop procrastinating, stop talking and start planting. 

Stop looking down on what you have, it might seem irrelevant to you, it might look small in size but if you can summon courage and cast it to the ground, the Lord will multiply it abundantly.

It doesn't matter where you at, God can meet you there and take you to highest height than you can ever imagine. So, take risk, take action, bring out your five loaves and two fishes and let God turn it into multinational business for you. 

The earlier you start, the better for you. If you start now, in five or ten years time, you will certainly not be in the same level you are today.

PRAYER
Most Reverend Father, I worship you today, and I break out of procrastination and I receive grace to sow my seed in Jesus, name amen.
