DESTROYING THE YOKE OF CURSES 2 MEMORY VERSE: - Deuteronomy 33:6 - "Let Reuben live, and not die; and let not his men be few." When people are under the influence of curses, no matter their gifting, no matter their efforts and commitment to their work, they do not get results rather they lose. And whatever that could have brought them joy, ends up bringing them sorrow. That which could have brought them prosperity and success turns into misery. Each time they want to go up, something pulls them down. Although greatness is in them but they can't access nor function in it.  Curses prevent one from enjoying fruitfulness in their endeavors. It brings it's victim into frustration, and makes them live a meaningless life. Curses holds it's prey down in struggles, and unproductivity which brings about poverty, lack and want in their life. Curses puts a covering over a life, thus no matter how good they maybe in something, no one notices them nor would want to do anything

DESTROYING THE YOKE OF CURSES MEMORY VERSE: - Deuteronomy 33:6 -   "Let "Reuben live, and not die; and let not his men be few." What is a curse? A curse is a negative word spoken against someone or something. It's an invocation or an utterance intended to invoke a supernatural power to inflict harm or punishment on someone or something. A lot of people are suffering from the infliction of curses made either directly on them or from family generational curses. There was the story of Ruben in Genesis 49 , where his father Jacob decreed an evil decree on him. He began by letting him know his rightful position in the family, "You are my first son.... the excellency of power" (Vs 3). But then, in verse 4 he pronounced or invoked an evil invocation on him that were to affect his generations in life.  He said, "Unstable as water, thou shalt not excel; because thou wentest up to thy father's bed; then defiledst thou it: he went up to my couch." MAKING YOURSELF AVAILABLE TO RECEIVE

MAKING YOURSELF AVAILABLE TO RECEIVE MEMORY VERSE: - 2 Kings 2:9–10 - "And Elisha said, I pray thee, let a double portion of thy spirit be upon me. [10] And he said, Thou hast asked a hard thing: nevertheless, if thou see me when I am taken from thee, it shall be so unto thee; but if not, it shall not be so." Everyone wants to receive Blessings from the Lord, We all want to live the blessed lives, we want to experience God's promises. We want to enjoy His favours, His divine health, and His constant supply of our daily needs. However, many believers tend to struggle with being in the position of receiving the blessings. The truth is that for God to do that which you expect of Him, you have to make yourself available for it. We have heard how Elisha received double portion of Elijah's anointing but we must know that Elisha was available for the release of mantle from Elijah. He was aware that his master was going to be taken away from him on that day and he made sure h

EXAMINE YOURSELF

EXAMINE YOURSELF MEMORY VERSE: - 1 Corinthians 11:28. - "Let a man examine himself, and so let him eat of that bread and drink ofthat cup." As we journey in our christian walk, we are faced with many challenges in the world and if we are not careful we may miss it. Thus, because of the times in which we live, self-examination is necessary so that we correct ourselves on a regular basis to make sure we continue to bring honor to our Lord Jesus Christ. There's tendency that one can be overwhelmed with issues of this life and the heart begins to drift away unknowingly. Wherefore, it's important for us to examine ourselves from time to time to ascertain we are in alignment with God's Will and ensure that we are walking worthy of our calling. Understand that when we keep a check over our hearts, we are able to set our hearts right with God because he watches our hearts and judges every intents of the heart. The Lord knows those whose hearts are right towards him, He k

DOING THE EXCEPTIONAL THING

DOING THE EXCEPTIONAL THING MEMORY VERSE: - 1 Corinthians 15:10 - "But by the grace of God I am what I am, and his grace toward me was not in vain. On the contrary, _I worked harder than any of them,_ though it was not I, but the grace of God that is with me." Those who want to be outstanding and successful in life must be ready to do the exceptional things. They must be ready to go the extra mile. In order word, they must do something beyond norm, go beyond limit, stretch themselves farther.... Paul's secret that made him excelled more than every other Apostle was his doing the exceptional things that others didn't do. Wherefore he said, ".....I worked harder than any of them......" He worked harder, he went the extra mile, he put in more effort thus, he excelled above them all. You can't go anywhere doing the regular.... Not willing to stretch yourself a little further..... Not ready to be uncomfortable. Our father of faith 'Abraham' was rea

RENEW YOUR MIND TO PROSPER 2

RENEW YOUR MIND TO PROSPER 2 MEMORY VERSE: - Psalm 37:25 - "I have been young, and now am old; yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his seed begging bread”   Those who live a beggarly life do so because they have programmed their minds that they are the victims, they see themselves as the poorest, or the ones who alone have needs that must be helped. Oftentimes, these set of people are very knowledgeable with scriptures but they do not live by it and they reject or deny its power that can bring about transformation in their life. They are the ones that Paul talked about when he said, “Having the form of godliness, but denying the power thereof” (2Timothy 3:5). God never destined anyone to live a beggarly life, but to be a source of blessing. It's important we reprogram our minds towards prosperity so that it can come to us. It is necessary for one to renew his or her mind to the truth of God's Word; for God wants all of His children everywhere to prosper regard

RENEW YOUR MIND TO PROSPER

Image
RENEW YOUR MIND TO PROSPER MEMORY VERSE: - Psalm 37:25 - "I have been young, and now am old; yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his seed begging bread”   Prosperity is a mindset, it's psychological, it's from your intellectual, and it begins from within you. When you have wrong mindset you make poor choices but when you have right mindset, you make excellent choices. I tell you, feel prosperity from within and you will enjoy living a life of abundance; but feel poverty from within and you will enjoy great fellowship with insufficiency, and will live a beggarly and penniless life.  Most people are in the prison of poverty today because of poverty mentality, their thinking faculty is sick and thus they act as they think. Mindset of poverty has put a lot of people in the web of lack and want and has turned them into glorified beggars. They do not want prosperity because it's worldly, yet when they are in need they go begging those who have it. It is absolutel
