PERFECT PEACE

Image
AbayeLiz Daily Inspirational   PERFECT PEACE MEMORY VERSE: - Isaiah 26:3 - "Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on Thee: because he trusteth in Thee" The Scripture tells us that we are to experience and enjoy God’s perfect peace in our lives. Assuredly, God’s perfect peace is available to us. It is His will that we have this perfect peace. Not just peace but His perfect peace which is total, complete and absolute peace. It is a peace that comes through Him and Him alone.  No other peace can be compared with God’s perfect peace. The peace that the world offers are not true peace and it's imperfect but perfect peace is only from the Lord. Now, how do we enjoy God's perfect peace? Certainly our heavenly Father will always do His part if we will do our part. His part is to keep us in perfect peace. Our part is, to keep our minds stayed on Him and to trust completely in Him.  To keep your mind stayed on Him, you must always keep your mind focused

DO NOT BE DECEIVED

AbayeLiz Daily Inspirational DO NOT BE DECEIVED MEMORY VERSE: - Matthew 24:24 - "For there shall arise false C hrists, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect" We live in a time were deception is on high, a period where the devil have come out with his full regalia as an angel of light, to deceive many. Now, to deceive is to persuade someone that something false is the truth, or to keep the truth hidden from someone for your own advantage. However, to be deceived is to be mislead, to be misguided, to accept as true or as valid what is false or what is invalid, It is to fail to admit to oneself that something is not right. Oftentimes people know the truth deep down within them but they give in to deceit thereby deceiving themselves that something false is true. They allow the false ministers to make merchandise of them in the name of the anointing, doing all manners of atrocities in th

LET THE HOLY SPIRIT LEAD

Image
AbayeLiz Daily Inspirational LET THE HOLY SPIRIT LEAD MEMORY VERSE: - Romans 8:14 - “For all who are led by the Spirit of God are sons of God." In this dispensation, many are actually getting in the way of the Holy Spirit, although, they want Him to do something in their life but they do not want to give Him the chance to lead them or handle things in His way, rather they want to be the one leading the Spirit and telling Him what to do and how to do it. It's like someone going to a doctor for medical reasons and telling the doctor the medication to proscribed or how to do his job. Today, many are trying to cajole, use or manipulate the Holy Spirit. They want Him to follow their lead, they want to bend Him to their standard. You do not use the Holy Spirit to do your bid. The Lord never told us to lead the Holy Spirit but rather He said the Spirit will lead us. John 16:13 says, “When the Spirit of truth comes, he will guide you into all the truth." Let me tell you, A tan

THE LORD IS GOOD

Image
AbayeLiz Daily Inspirational THE LORD IS GOOD MEMORY VERSE: - Nahum 1:7 - "The LORD is good, a stronghold in the day of trouble; he knows those who take refuge in him." Our Heavenly Father is the epitome of goodness; He is at all times good to those who put their trust in Him. Unto His children, He is a refuge, and a mighty fortress. He is a stronghold against the troubles of this world and He continually gives them protection and security. He does these because He's a good God, a loving and caring Father who wants the best for His children and wants them happy.  Wherefore, the psalmist made us to understand in Psalm 107:1 that "the Lord is good" And because of His goodness, He does not hold back any good thing from us. Psalm 84:11 tells us, "For Jehovah God is a sun and a shield: Jehovah will give grace and glory; No good thing will he withhold from them that walk uprightly." Oh, Hallelujah! He bestows favor and honor. He makes the rejected to be a

KNOW NO MAN AFTER THE FLESH

Image
AbayeLiz Daily Inspirational KNOW NO MAN AFTER THE FLESH MEMORY VERSE: - 2 Corinthians 5:16 - "Therefore, henceforth know we no man according to the flesh; yea, though we have known Christ according to the flesh, yet now henceforth we know Him so no more." Paul says they had come to the point of no longer seeing Jesus from a purely outward perspective. How did they know Jesus after the flesh? It was to know Him naturally without knowledge of His spiritual worth. They knew Jesus as the son of Joseph the Carpenter and his wife, Mary. They knew His growing up, they knew His strength and weaknesses, hence they didn't place value on His spiritual worth. We were told in the scripture what happened in Jesus home town. According to Mark 6:5, while Jesus was in His hometown of Nazareth, “He could do no mighty work there, except that He laid His hands on a few sick people and healed them” Why? Because the people did not believe in Him, there were knowing Him according to the fles

UNFADING BEAUTY

Image
AbayeLiz Daily Inspirational UNFADING BEAUTY MEMORY VERSE: - 1 Peter 3:3-4 - “Your beauty should not come from outward adornment, such as elaborate hairstyles and the wearing of gold jewelry or fine clothes. Rather, it should be that of your inner self, the unfading beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is of great worth in God’s sight.” First of all, this message in this text is not just for wife's but for all believers.... Now, we must understand that this verse isn’t saying that we should not take care of ourselves or look good and presentable. The God of all beauty has no problem with us looking good in our appearance. So, Peter is telling us to not focus our attention on outward beauty but on right character. If one has outward beauty with stinking character, it amounts to nothing. We must have the inward beauty, which is the beauty of the heart, it is the beauty that is rooted in character, the beauty of good behavior, it is the beauty of a meek and quiet spirit. Now!

STOP WORRYING

Image
AbayeLiz Daily Inspirational STOP WORRYING MEMORY VERSE: - Psalm 55:22 - “Cast your burden on the Lord, and he will sustain you; he will never permit the righteous to be moved" (ESV) Being anxious helps no one, rather it promotes health issues. As a believer, we are not permitted to live a worrisome life but are to cast our cares and burdens upon the Lord. Assuredly, anxiety brings old age before its time. When you surrender all your anxiety into God's hands, He will take care of you and your every need. Certainly, He will help you through the tough times. The scripture in Psalm 46:10 says, "Be still, and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth." Now, to be still is to be calm, not being anxious, not getting worried, be quiet, stop fighting or striving with yourself and recognize that I am God. in other words, do not recognize challenges as important any more, Instead recognize Him.  Stop giving atten
